I've got the gun and he's running," he said Tuesday. "It was just funny." Hicks said he's owned the laundromat for about 12 years.According to a Dayton police report, a white male in a black hooded sweatshirt walked into the business at 2500 E. "I pulled the door open again and that time he shoved me."According to the police report, the man saw the open cash drawer and said, "No, I want all your money."Hicks reached into his coat pocket, pulled out a handgun and told the male he wasn't getting anything. The young male fled without stealing any money."When I went for my gun he run out the door. This will not be recorded as a win for 2A because no shots were fired, even though this is exactly why we have 2A
Not exactly.
IMO it is a part, but a small part.
The main purpose of the 2A is to keep the criminals in DC in check.
Still a good job though.
