Just threw 14 nice ribeye steaks in the marinade for our Saturday night fling.

What's on the menu at your house?

What ever I can harvest from the garden. A customers debt went bad and my company will be deducting it from my commission.

I just took a 7 lb. rack of spare ribs off the smoker, their is still a 12lb. shoulder, wrapped in 3 layers of heavy foil that will get it's fire stoked one more time, then i'm gonna move it to the coolest part of the smoker and let it go till the fire is out.
Prob. take it off around 0600.
I brined it overnight Mon with a little liquid smoke and dry rubbed it and let it set in the fridge till about 1400 today.
She should be just as tender as can be,by mornin![:p]
