chef guru's give me a brisket recipe ,slow cook in

i have 16 hours to cook a brisket want to cook it all night long slowly[:p][:p][:p][:p][:p][:p][:p][:p][:p][:p]

what is your recipe , this will be done in oven . i do not have a smoker.

what say ye chef guru's[;)]

    Far from a chef, my friend, but I've cooked a lot of them like that.
    If you have one of the big "packer trimmed" ones you'll need to cut a lot of the excess fat off. If you have the "market trimmed" version
    it should be about right. Get your marinade or dry rub on it as early
    as possible. I cook mine at 200 degrees for about 10 hours, but your oven may be a lot different. Covered. I start mine at bedtime and check it first thing the next day. Err on the side of low as in "Low and Slow"

    edit-- Fat no more than 1/4" thick, cook fat side up, may need to spoon out some fat when you check it in the morning.

    Indoors huh? That's a new one on me. I guess you'll need to find a place to put a water pan in. I wonder if your kitchen will end up like a steam bath?
