    I think any home * that restricts the flying of the American Flag, should be sued.

    The First Amendment only restricts GOVERNMENT encroachment on your right to free speech. YOU can legally agree to restrict your own speech if you CHOOSE to buy a house that is covered by covenants and a home owner's association. If you sign the paper saying you will honor the rules, then man up and honor your word. [:)]
