    members of congress are exempt from some laws on investing the we are NOT...they freely get and use IPO info allowing them to quickly invest in stocks that are zooming up ...called insider information...helps reduce the poverty index of congress..so convert her $193K salary to maybe a $193M net worth...and helps them generate their condescending attitude towards the little people...
