had the father of one of the kids who threw rocks off an overpass and killed a man....and one of phils family was hit by a bottle of muratic acid thrown off one....5 charged with murder 2 and wearing chains in the courtroom..father thinks there should be punishment but not life in jail...now the victim and his family got a life sentence...short and violent ...what's your opinion ???

Maybe "boys will be boys" and they probably had no intent to kill anyone
You could even speculate that peer pressure played a role
No matter how you look at it actions have consequences and they screwed the pooch.
NO ONE forced them to toss the stuff over the overpass.
