Accurate .22 pistol

I am looking for a new .22 pistol. I have a place to do some ground hog hunting in the spring. Problem is when they start coming out I am on my motorcycle so packing a rifle is not an option.
Here is what I am looking for;
Accurate
Able to mount a scope since I plan on shooting out to about 100 yards
Able to mount a bipod
Able to be threaded for my silencer
Not semi auto (no Charger)
I would like the price to be reasonable but the above is more important
I have seen the "new" Chipmunk pistols which look nice and come in under $200
Someone suggested finding a Savage Striker. I found a couple in .22mag and 17HMR that were about $350 and seem like a good deal if I could find one in .22lr
Then there are the T/C guns that end up over $500 and quickly.
Any other thoughts, ideas or suggestions?

The seller here says it is a right handed but shows a left?

Bolt pistols are made to be cycled with the non-shooting hand.

Bolts are on the left side of a Right handed pistol so you can work the action.
That is awsome for sure but a bit more then I want to spend.

Ditto what 41nut said, but would add get the match grade barrel. Tight-chambered Contenders with scopes are VERY accurate.
.22 mag is very hard to suppress being one of my requirement.

Ditto on 41nut and bigcitybill's choice of the Contender.

I dont see any in .22lr? Am I being blind?

Call me crazy, but I think the T/C Hot Shot would make for a handy little pistol. I don't know if they make a pistol version, but they ought to. It's built on a smaller frame than the Encore, for kids. Not sure if it's just a restyled G2 Contender, or a separate model all it's own, but it looks like it would be perfect for your needs, Nwcid, in pistol form of course.

That would be cool. That is a similar idea to one of the guns I am looking at.
Here is the Chipmunk pistol which is a pistol version of their youth rifle.

There was a 22LR XP up on GB last week, but I'm betting it sold.
The chipmunk pistol is interesting but you have to cycle the action plus cock the firing pin for every shot. For me that would get old quick.
I agree. I know the action is different but even with a TC you do the same. You have to open the action, single load the round, close it, cock the hammer and fire....
Had one of the rifles for a while and they are decent guns. I am more worried about trigger pull on this gun.
Charger w/ a bolt lock device since you don't want semi auto.
Had a bolt lock in one of my rifles and was not impressed with it. Not impressed enough to take it out and sell it.
I know the Chargers are a good gun but I just cant get "into" them for some reason. I do have a ~4" 10/22 pistol that I built before the Charger came out so I am familiar with shooting one.
Ruger MkII Target Pistol......22LR[:)]
Well that only meets 1 of my requirements.........
Besides I do have a Browning Buckmark, IMHO a beter gun, if I wanted to go that route.
Why not use your 10/22 pistol. I have the ruger charger and love taken that gun when out of the atv. Have taken out a crap load of varmint while on the move on the 4 wheeler with the ruger charger and a red dot scope.
It is semi fun to shoot but just not up to the task I am asking with the ~4" barrel. Plus I am really trying to stay away from the semi auto since I want to run with my silencer. Yes it works fine on a semi but not as quiet as I want.
Would a Browning Buck Mark work with a 14" barrel ? Had one come in the shop yesterday, pretty sweet little 22.
They are very nice. Problem is they are one of the loudest semi auto pistols to have a silencer on. The steel bolt on steel barrel is so loud I sold the BM rifle I had just because of that. Too bad too since the open action is very silencer friendly.
So far it seems what I want is limited. The Anschutz is amazing and if I could actually get the on posted for under $700 I think I will try.
Next best seems to be the Striker IF you can find one. I could easily be into it for about $500 with a scope.
My 3rd option while not as nice as the Savage but in the same price range is the Chipmunk. New gun, new scope, rings and mounts I would easily come in under $500.
I know the TC is cool and I have shot them but not real high on my list unless it is my only real option.
Thanks for all the comments so far.

It is still just a 10/22 pistol like the charger. VQ and MR had them out YEARS before Ruger die.
