Do all of the BLR 308 rifles use the same clip? Does it hold 4 rounds in the clip?

Thanks

Rifles manufactured prior to '81 have a different magazine.
    Not 'clips', magazines.

An ammunition clip is a device used to store individual rounds of ammunition together as a single unit that is then ready for insertion into the magazine of a gun. ... For rifles with an internal magazine, the clip loads the bullets into the firearm itself (see image below).

    That's very informative.

    You're still wrong.

    A M1 Garand uses a clip. A M1A uses a magazine.

Here' a C&P for you to read

Sorry to waste a post of the 10 allowed, BUT:
This talk about mags and clips is such BS.
While the * retentive types must try to force their beliefs on everyone, The word clip has been used for mags for over 60 years.
There have been Remington magazine/book adds that even use the word clip.

If you think clip and mag are used wrong, then don't go into a NYC deli and ask for a
ham and swiss on a Hoagie or a Grinder, or a Sub. They will laff at you. It's ONLY a " hero " there.
If you sneeze, don't ask for a Kleenex, unless the tissue box is made by only that company.
Stay out of the construction business, the foreman might tell you to spike 2 boards together, and you only have nails in your apron.
And if you are ever in a submarine, don't ask how deep it can go. ALL submarines can go all the way to the bottom of the ocean.
Point is...words are just ways of convening an idea.
In a fire fight, and you're out of ammo,, you ask me for another clip OR mag, I'll throw you one .

Or would you rather I think about what word you used???
