So I finally bought a disc and it's been decades since I seen it. So I got the question for Navy folks in the '80s. Were y'alls that moist? They must've sweated a gallon a day.

Who knew.

Have you ever been in a Turkish prison...
Sigh.

Yosh. Top Left.
You know, the Asian looking Dude.
I mean not my cup of tea but please do tell us about the lifestyle - hairy bears or twinks or he-shes???
Pitcher - catcher - top - bottom - versatile - gay for pay - on the down low - out of the closet???
Mike
I spent 140 days straight (pun intended) in the IO one spring/summer with a quick two weeks in the Persian Gulf without going into port.
120+ in the engine room, port and starboard watches.
Yes, we sweated a lot.

Uhhh.................................................Mike, ........................................................TMI.
You seem way too comfortable with this subject.
Just Saying.
Not judging, mind You.

Also stood my watch in the engine room not only was it 120 but the noise with the turbines spinning is why I need hearing aides now.
Looking back after 20+ years, there were quite a few "happy" scenes in Top Gun.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
The ones who when abandon ship was called could never possibly get out alive.
Now yosh do you like the Rocky two scene where Rocky and Apollo are training on the beach and running through the sand glistening and sweaty and have that big hug at the end???
Do you like gladiator movies???
* tentacle porn???
Mike
Cause little Tom Cruise was rubbing oil and lotion on val kilmer and and the other guys all day.

Maybe Bruce Jenner leading them on a March or run - imagine the cadence counts...
Or Richard Simmons leading them to sweating to the oldies in Tue gym or explaining deal a meal in the kitchen...
Freddy mercury giving vocal lessons or how to handle a stick at truckmasters...
Think of the cameos...
Prostate exams and hernia checks by Kevin spacey...
If only rock Hudson was still with us.
Oh imaging The Broadway musical adaptation...
Sigh.
Aargh.
Swiper no swiping.
Mike

Johnny Versace bio pick???

Funny aside - after seeing top gun in the theatre when it came out I saw it two more times on the big screen - when it was first released for sale or rent I saw it on a forward projection big screen massive TV played on laser disc (giant lp record sized CD) in Dolby surround sound on a small stage where bands would perform hooked up to massive rock show tower speakers with woofers and tweeters in a room with black out curtains and foam cell egg crate style sound deadening insulation
Family (uncles and older cousins) were sippin shine from a mason jar - two fingers poured into star Wars jelly glasses from burger king (empire strikes back) and I was allowed a shot glass serving
I was wearing an ocean pacific hoodie and samba soccer shoes
