X-Pert .22s won't kill a * but will drop a.....

Deer dead in its tracks!

The other night coming home from work I got to test my reflexes and the handling abilities of my pickup as well as test out the Xpert .22s on large game. Crested over a hill at around 65MPH, saw something laying on the road and as usual I set to straddle it, till it picked its head up and looked at me[:(!] After a near slide and close encounter with bowel matter in underwear I turned around to check out this deer in the road(BTW I missed it[:D]). The deer was able to crawl off the road but was badly injured from a previous encounter with a car so being the good person I am I decided to take care of the problem. I grabbed the trusty .22 revolver from under the seat, got out of the truck and the deer stood up, hmm I thought, maybe it is ok. I got to about 5' of the deer while it stood there looking at me but didn't run, wobbly as heck but didn't run away, not even walk, just stood there looking at me. As I pondered about what to do I fired up a cig, leaned against the front of the truck and in a calm voice told the deer if it walked away I would let it live, I stomped my foot, yelled a couple times but it didn't move, I decided that if I let this deer live it may run out in front of another vehicle and cause a big ol crash or it may just lay around and suffer, either way it wasn't good. I walked around behind the deer a couple steps, raised up the .22 and aimed between the eye and ear, gun went bang and the deer dropped dead right there, it kicked around a bit but was done, just to be sure I placed the barrel on its head and ripped one more into the noodle.

Funny thing is I have shot several * and possums with these Xpert .22 shells and the things didn't croak, had to shoot * a few times for them to even fall out of the tree but here the dang blasted things made that deer dead in a hurry, who needs a 30-06?[;)]

Beantown, I always talk to deer, instead of using a grunt to stop deer when archery hunting I always say "hey you" to the deer just before shooting them, works like a charm[:D]

Good thing you din't use a 30-06 at that range. It would have been such a big mess.

Generally speaking, and I have lived in CO for 62+ years, the low life slugs that comprise the "enforcement" part of the DOW are the biggest bunch of BA****Ds in the world, next to the Batfag agents I have had the misfortune to come in contact with! They are of (in my opinion) limited intelligence, egotistical, cretins, with the badge and gun to allow them to pretty much do as they choose, when they choose! As an example of their popularity, a very common bumper sticker is "Colorado Division of Wildlife- The Evil Empire". Another example is a situation where an aquaintance was hunting antelope and climbed up on the hood of an old wreck (to use it for a rest for a fairly long shot) that actually had the axles buried in blow dirt, had been setting there for probably 35-40 years, and one of these "officers" saw him and issued him a ticket for shooting from a vehicle. A** H***s! All of them!!

That is how I feel about the PAGC, yes what I did was illegal but from a moral standpoint I feel what I did was right. The deer is no longer suffering and a possible accident that could have hurt someone was avoided. The PAGC can join the list of those who need to kiss my redneck *[:(!]
