    many folks emailed asking what, why, how, regarding my grandbaby.....
    she had a congenital condition and only lived for 2 months. we thought we had more time and i was to meet her for the first time next week. Her name was Grace.

    Thanks to all at Gunbroker for their efforts in getting the site back up and working. I know it was maddening, and sympathize. It's sort of like when the water or electricity goes out. You take it for granted until it isn't there.THANKS!!!

    The forums have not been down; they are simply overloaded by the number of people visiting them. We have some new forum software and are working on a converter to convert the current user base and message base to the new software. Unfortunately it has been difficult to find the time to complete the project as our first priority has to be the auction site. With this huge problem we just had and the corresponding volume of email to answer, problems to solve, and time to be spent finding a solution to a problem that was supposed to already be solved (that being 100% reliable database storage), we are unable to dedicate the time to loading the software and finalizing the conversion software. At some point the forum overload problem will be solved. It's just a matter of how soon.
