I am an FFL dealer in Jefferson, NH. I have received a letter from the California Department of Justice, Bureau of Firearms. It states that all FFL holders must Pre aprove through the Bureau above, any shipments of firearms to a FFL dealer in California before shipping to them. AND get a pre aproved Centalised list/shipping number or something like that!!! The state of California is out of its flipin mind!!!

This is just another way to restrict firearms from comming into there comunist state!!!

I personaly will not ship any firearms to the Comunist State of California as of July 1st. 2008 when this law takws afect.

I would advise all gun owners and lovers to move the hell out of this comunist state and hope in falls off in the ocean!!!!!!!

California has been a thorn in our side for years now. Why don't they just float it over to Russia and join them!?!?!?!?!?!

All this is factual: However I was wondering if you can send a said firearm into PRK for repairs but not send it back? What about PRK to PRK dealer transfers?


Ronnie Barrett started the trend, and more mfg's need to follow suit.


Since they banned the 50bmg in commiefornia[PRK], barrett will not sell, service or do business with any PRK govt agency. Hopefully he will keep track of the serial #'s so they [PRK] can not ship to a state like arizona, then ship it to barrett for repairs.



FYI: I did actually see Mr. Barrett and 'the gunny/ team glock' at the 2008 shot show in las vegas.
