Bidding/Rejection?

Hello All. In the past few weeks I have been unable to bid on a few items I really wanted. I would enter my "User Name" and "Password" and when I went to the continue a "ERROR" thing pops up and I am not able to proceed. All attempts to re-enter the info or seek help to no avail. I have no other problems listing an item. Any answers? Aloha, Mark

    Mark, these things are case sensitive. Perhaps you used upper (or lower) case letters when you shouldn't have. Too, most auction sites have an admin section that can help straiten things out.

    Hello guys- Thanks for the info. I tried to contact Admin. and even got an ERROR thingy on that too.!!!!I tried 8-10 times making sure it was typed as it was supposed to be. Nothing worked. Really aggravating. I lost out on a 52 win and a Ruger 77 project rifle. The sellers lose out too. I wonder if that is happening on some of my auctions?Thanks again guys. Today it`s working fine. i wrote a letter to the Co. in Ga. as they don`t seem to have an e-mail address I can find.Aloha, Mark

The auction site contact info is readily available by clicking 'Contact Us' from the bottom of any auction site page. Please do not post tech support issues on this forum as there is no who monitors them for support issues.
