Kimberly Cribbs, who witnessed the stampede, said shoppers were acting like "savages."

No poop. I wasn't even there and I could tell you that just from looking at the pictures.

    Not going to happen.

You'll undoubtedly see civil actions filed against WalMart (probably settled out of court), but in the end there'll be no criminal charges filed on any of the patrons.

They won't be able to tell any of them apart. All of them folk look the same. Besides, unless they have cameras at the ground level they won't be able to tell who trampled the person.

BTW - That 'kid' was 34 years old.

don't you know that people are not responsible for their individual actions when they are par of a mob? I mean saving a couple hundred bucks on somthing is certainly worth reverting to primitive behavior

I do hope that authorities will be able to identify the individuals responcible for this horrendous act. I also feel that WalMart should be held partially liable for promoting and encouraging this kind of behavior.

Things must be different in NY. In Okla. I've yet to see a Wal Mart saying "come break down our doors and trample our empolyee's".
Or maybe they're not so different and you're just a moron.
