    Reminds me of "Wanted: Dead or Alive," an old TV western. Steve McQueen played bounty hunter Josh Randall. He carried a sawed-off Winchester M1892, which fires handgun rounds like the .44-40, but he had BIG cartridges, probably .45-70, in his belt loops.
