What you posted in the thread "FROM SCOTT M GIRLFRIEND" was rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, and in my opinion shows a total lack of intelligence and class. You should be ashamed of yourself, I know I'm ashamed of you for what you had to say. Even if it turns out to be true, you have no idea that it is or isn't at this time, and had no right in saying it until you can prove it's true. I have heard of of some low down things in my life, but this take the cake!!!!! You don't call B.S. on a thread where a family member of a member of this forum informs us that he/she has past on until you can prove it is in-fact B.S. [xx(][xx(][xx(][V][V]

I agree /// who else has a post request in there will?
Although always described as a cowboy, Roswellnative generally acts as a righter of wrongs or bodyguard of some sort, where he excels thanks to his resourcefulness and incredible gun prowesses.

kumante died once seems he lived again. Maybe some of you missed that GB chapter.

There will be plenty of nice thoughts to go round, but on the internet suspicion is often warranted.

There is no need to start blasting and digging up information on the family though. Those who did, should have kept that to themselves until proved false. From LF's post, it is starting to look real. [V]

I was around for kumante's episode too. Very different then this one so far. There was no info. given on that one, besides that he had passed.

I think a big difference in this is that we've gotten word from more than one source. His FB page is getting condolences too.

I think I will retract my request for a family member to report my passing here.Does make you think twice about it. I'd hate for my wife to post about me passing and then have to read a bunch of disparaging stuff.

I will too, I would hate to put my kids through that kind of grief on top of the grieving they will already feel... Talk about putting acid on a wound. And to think, people like sfrench are allowed to breed. All I can do is shake my head profusely

Okay. I'll jump in on the other side. The original story was hard to believe. The address given did not match up with the name given. The person supposedly reporting the death could have been anyone who hacked his account. Yes, claiming a hoax outright was harsh. But, look at the information that was being presented, and how, and you can see how suspicions were raised.
As time went by, a plausible explanation for the name and address as well as the legal problems was offered and that clears up the suspicions. But, at the time sfrench made her comments, the story was pretty shaky.
What would all you stone-throwers say if Scott/Clen had logged in tomorrow and revealed someone had found out his userid and password and had been running a scam tonight? "Great that you are alive." Sure, but you would also be harping, "Too bad someone hadn't caught the disconnect with the details in that story."

EXACTLY!!! We can all make up our own minds. Don't accuse unless you can prove.

Again, look closely. No one accused Scott of anything. My own suspicion was that his account had been hacked and that someone, using his account, was spreading false information claiming his death. Accounts have been hacked before and it will happen again. Someone learns your password and waits until you are off line or out for a few hours and logs in as you and then can post anything they want. Outright claiming a hoax was a bit harsh, but I think the intent was to protect others from a possible scam by bringing up disconnects in the information that had been given up to that point. I think sfrench's intentions were good, but could have been communicated better. But, where do you draw the line? If it had turned out to be false, everyone who fell for it would have been PO'ed that those who had detected the holes in the story hadn't spoken up.

How is that not an accusation???
Like I said we are all adults and can make up our own minds. I truly hope no one here needs a babysitter to watch out for them.

I agree, showed poor taste. I would not want my wife to deal with such comments if she delivered that NEWS. Just because you think it, doesn't mean you need to post it.

The story, and the manner in which it was posted, looked a little shaky to me at first. We have had hoaxes pulled on us at GB forums.
