Can't change my email address

When I submit my edited profile the message comes up that teh new email address is already in use.
How do I fix this?

    You can't.

    Email me and I will try. Sometimes, I can't either. If I can't do it, you will have to go to Auction Support and make your request.

    I tried and could not. Then I tried to email you to tell you, and got the mail back as undeliverable. You will have to go to Auction Support and make your request.
