reporting a bad seller

how do you go about reporting a bad seller that has changed his name in the auctions area? Know it is the same one still selling the same stuff,with the same pictures,the same discriptions
name change was small.but i worry about others being taken for a ride

    Report the facts, and send copies of anything relevant, to admin@gunbroker.com.

    it didn't cost me money...just didnt get what i wanted
    but this person has changed the way his name is spelled and is still going on with the same sales
    would like to see them link his old name and new name so someone else doesn't get taken

    Admin will probably like to know about any shifty sellers, but they need facts, so state the problem in detail.

    Changing a seller identity is not all by itself a bad thing, unless he is doing it to fool someone. People on Fleabay do it all the time.

    Sometimes, too, a selling tactic that looks shifty to you and me still does not violate the rules here on Gunbroker.

    Just state your case truthfully and see what happens.
