Can some one tell me the ramifications of having to fill out a multiple handgun registration form?

    You figure it out. The 4473 stays at the dealer's place, just as always. Not a problem.

    The Multiple Purchase form, complete with ALL your particulars and the make, model and serial numbers of the guns you bought, goes to the BATF and the local police. Maybe a problem, maybe not. Why ask for it?

    Don't do it. Wait a week and go back for the second gun.
