Auction help

I'm looking for advice on contacting Gunbroker about an auction I believe was relisted due to the seller not getting his price, there was no reserve and the time frame between auctions is only a matter of a few hours! This appears to be in violation of #10 on the user agreement but of course I have no way of knowing for sure. I'm not p. o'd 'cause I didn't win it at my price, just would like to be able to find out if this is the case!!!!!

Hey gang, new to the site and have a few questions. I have found a gun i want to buy on an auction that has ended with no winner/buyer. Is there anyway i can contact the owner? i have tried from the ended auction, but it is not an option. Thanks for any help or info.

fragments: go to the home page and then go all the way to the bottom of that page and you will see a contact us button to click on.. what auction are you refering too? auction # ? if it was a no reserve auction and you did bid on it , you should have received a e-mail from gunbroker stating that you where the high bidder if that was the case, so if you where the highbidder then the seller must sell to you , doesn't matter what the bid was along as it was the high bid in a no reserve

If the auction had no reserve, and you placed a bid, and it was the highest bid when the auction ended, the item is yours. If he relisted, he's trying to sell your item. I'd do some careful reading to be sure you've got the facts straight. We can't have sellers on GB playing fast and loose with the contract.

Auctions with no winner may be automatically relisted by a seller if a box on the form is checked. If the auction relisted this way though, there would have had to be no bids when it closed, or no bids that met a reserve.

IF you were the high bidder, and IF there was no reserve, then the auction software has opened the path for you to communicate with the seller. Do so.

And, you can also post feedback. If you had a deal, and the seller did not honor the deal, then he deserves "F" feedback. Give it to him.

You can also copy the auction page and send it to admin@gunbroker.com and register a complaint.

This is not the place for auction support.
