Problem with buyer

Guy bid and won two auctions from me. Refused to pay. Filed NPB against him. He post neg. feedback- although he is the one that did not pay. He wanted only to pay my auction fees. It looks like he does this often. Bids- wins- refuses to pay- only compensate seller for fees. Tells seller her has some "hardship" but buys all kinds of items from other sellers. Will GB remove the neg. feedback he posted? Do you think he should be banned from buying?

    File a GB Support request. Provide copies of all emails. They will remove undeserved feedback, and yeah some buyers and sellers do get removed for rude behavior.

    Also, posts like your's tend to get locked or poofed.

    So get ready to duck!

    NPB is handled through the system.

    Undeserved retaliatory feedback can be removed, but you have to raise a support issue.

    If this buyer has a history of this kind of activity, he will disappear.
