B-square clamp on military mounts- any good?

I want to mount a scope on a few military rifles without drilling and tapping, and I know bsquare offers such mounts. Specifically I am thinking of mounting on my MAS 36 and a German 98. After the fiasco with the SKS mount that replaced the reciever cover, I am hesitant to buy something labeled "no gunsmithing required." The MAS mount replaces the rear sight. Any experience?

I had a B-Square mount on my bushy and it SUCKED! It only had on bolt and nut that held the scope to the mount and it wouldnt stay tight. Even got the vivegrips after it to tighten it and it still came loose. I took it off and said the heck with the scope.

My experience was similar to 7mm's. It just didn't get rock solid tight. Ended up taking the scope off and haven't put it back on the rifle. Beach

I didnt like the one I put on my swede either, it didnt seem sturdy enough, and if you tried to tighten it too much it would spring the rear sight.

I had one for an HK ... it sucked, then they came out with their "New and Improved" model and guess what!.....It still SUCKED ... But it did cost more!
