    Gene,You can switch (convert) the 40S&W and the .357sig by just changing the barrels out, however I'm pretty sure you can not convert it to the 9mm as it is much smaller in diameter and the extractor wouldn't engage it ... I almost bought a G23 today ... and it was a good price for all the stuff he had with it, but after checking and finding out I couldn't get a 9mm barrel I let it pass.

    Actually, you can get a 9mm conversion barrel for the G22 or G23. Fir Dragon makes them ...Fire Dragon

    Gene & Matthew,I stand corrected! ... but what is a "Special Conversion"? I didn't see any explanation for that term ... I'm guessing you have to do more than just change out the barrel?I would like to know as that would widen my options for a 9mm + give me a total of three calibur options for the same gun!!!
