    He would have gotten away with it if he didn't send pics to their employers and spouses. They wanted to be porn stars and you don't buy a used car without test-driving it. [}:)]

    so it happens every day in the porn industry ( try outs ) but that's ok why ? . so a armature want to be producer has to go to jail for basically not paying them and not be a credible porn company so did he need a licenses .
    if he had paid them would we ever heard about it I doubt it
    sounds like they were willing to do it for money it was just a matter of price being defined so where is the charges for prostitution , as in getting paid for sex or at least in hopes of getting paid [:D] ?
    all were playing silly games win silly prizes
    to me the porn industry is just legal prostitution anyway
    the line has to be wide and grey to be a porn star and get paid but a hooker is illegal ..
    sure sounds like a matter of taxes not getting paid is the difference

    group / company got in a lot of trouble if I remember correctly.
    they would talk the girls into going farther into the dirty deeds for the camera and there movies , and some of the girls never got a dime but later sued for being pressured into preforming and I think some were not quit 18 [:0][B)][B)]
    but they made millions on the "backs or fronts" I should say ) of countless girls

    I remember years back seeing want adds in the local for sale want add paper "wanted girls must be 18 and willing to due nude photos ",, not sure if it was a legal group or just some local looking for fun
