Hey guys....I have been real "curious" about the CZ line of handguns for awhile. Well, got a chance to handle and shoot a CZ MDL 100not long ago. The feel of the gun, accuracy out of the box, the looks, price,dependanbility...heck all those factors just over powered me (which isnt hard when it comes to buying another gun). I even make up excuses to by one when I want it, and my soon to be wifey Ive been with for 5 five years has always been way understanding, heck shes the one thats added prob.7-8 guns to my collection! I think i got a keeper! Anyway, I orderd one.Thru a post here, I found a link.......... www.czforum.com (sorry dont know how to make it a hyperlink from here)that has boards of all kinds....only about CZ's, so there is a lot of info for anyone that wants to know more about CZ's. Oh yeah, they have a Gen. Disc. board too, but have not had time to get into it, think I would feel like I was committing adultry if I started posting on that one board, too comfortable here. But for info purposes on the CZ its great. I posted some questions about the 100 over new years and got all the answers I needed, even got in touch with a guy that can hook me up on some tritium nights for the one hundred at a real good price, he is biz buddies with the co.(?) or a distributor for the sights within easy drivin distance of my house if I decide not to mail the slide to the co. for instalation. Became a Rugernut around 1968-9 when I bought my first one as a teenager, a Blackhawk .357 for $69.99 or 79.99,anyway Ruger was kind of a "sleeper" then.....and if you get a chance to do a complete ck. out on one of the CZ's....I think you might be impressed. Seems a lot of guys on that forum are into the model 75 or 85 (not famliar with em yet to remember which) military pistol in .9mm.(Man, I'm telling you guys these are great handguns,well real good qauility anyway,and then figure in their price...for the money I dont know if they can be beat).I'm sure part of the reason for the major intrest in the 75 or 85 is that the gun is preban and a lotta of 15 rnd. mags available for it. I chose the 100 because of all the above listed reasons and the size an weight also (polymer frame) because it will be one of my 2 main carry guns. Well, my eyes are getting strained from handling all these tiny pcs. building this clock....so ck. it out if you want some "straight from the horses mouth info" about CZ's....
