My troubles and frustrations with UPS has, over the last couple of years, been like Ringo,...moah that Ah culd beah.I'm not gonna go into all the sad stuff of hold-ups, confusions, non-Alaska shipping, me having to educate them, etc, etc, etc.I just wanna put people aware of yet another snag that slapped me in the face.Ya gotta make sure yer package is big enough also. No matter how little of a product you ship, its gotta be at least 5 1/2" x 8 1/2". That is the size of their informational sticker, y'know, with the address and addressee. That machine will blast out a warning otherwise.Now,...for the 1st. decent word I've ever uttered on them.I had always been thinking that, if you at all can, and ship. regulations permit, you should always go with the post office. There was a discussion here the other day where somebody said that UPS was actually cheaper, due to the post office being so tough concerning ins. rates. This was startling to me, so, I checked a certain package back with UPS,....they beat the post office by a couple of bucks, plus.Naturally, you got no choice in certain items, but a lotta times ya might.Bob
