I've looked at this site for quite some time, and it wasn't until recently that I made my first post. There are several very intelligent people who post here, and I wouldn't mind meeting with them. Has anybody ever suggested a gun show for the people who use this site? Maybe a year or two down the road to give everybody time to plan.NUNN-Would GB be willing to help with the arrangements?(finding a place to use, notification of a time, etc.)

    Brth, I'd consider it if it were not terribly far away. One of the problems is that the folks on this board come anywhere from Maine to Alaska. Usually you don't see people traveling more than a few hours for a show unless they are big &/or high end dealers / buyers. Another alternative is to pick a good existing show in your area and try to organize a meet around that. I'm going to two in the next few weeks - cartridge show in St. Louis and the Tulsa gun show. It will be a good 3.5 - 4 K miles before I'm home again, but I expect I'll be putting at least 50 faces to names before I'm done.[This message has been edited by Iconoclast (edited 03-16-2002).]
