Rohrabacher's spech before Congress

Yesterday I listened to Congressman Dana Rhorabacher give a speech before the house on C-SPAN and it was a eye opener on the gross incompentence of the hiearchy in the State Department, and other agency's, that borders on being criminal. If what he said was true, and I believe him to be a very competent man in his knowlwdge of the situation, there are people in our government that should not only be fired, but put in prison. I don't know of a web site where this speeck can be viewed, but the Congressman's office will email a copy to interested parties. It is worth looking at.
