Guns & Ammo on CNN

I was just watching CNN, they had (have) a section on "Showdown Iraq". Behind the commentator and speaker was a big "Guns & Ammo" posting. For some time I looked to see if this was for Guns & Ammo magazine, it sure looked like an advertisement for them! They switched images a few times and it remained posted.
I don't think this was really an ad, it was more of a header for their specific new segment on Iraq. But it might as well have been ad!
I wonder now, was this intentional on the part of CNN, an effort to link thenselves to the gun community but in a manner that didn't appear that way to the anti-gun forces? Maybe G & A should look into a lawsuit, but it certainly appeared to be a nice ad for them.
