I've got one - an old flat top Ruger that I can never hit anything with!
I don't know it's real name but I've yelled 'Jesus H. Christ' so many times
while trying to hit something with it, it's called 'The Jesus Gun,' for short![:o)]

... to keep the religious zealot purists at bay, let's go with the Spanish
    pronunciation of the name.[:D]

I have a S&W .44 Magnum that we have always called the Dirty Harry gun. Not original by any means, but that's always been it's name.

"Pookie Lips"... I name them all "Pookie Lips" 'cause it rolls off the tongue and is easy to remember. My wife thinks I'm refering to her when I go "Ahhh, Pookie Lips, you are so sexy!" I'll never tell.[:D]
