San Francisco-AP -- It's O-K to drive under the influence of marijuana in Idaho -- so long as you don't drive erratically and can pass a field sobriety test.A federal appeals court says Idaho law doesn't list marijuana as a narcotic. It is illegal to drive under the influence of alcohol or narcotics in Idaho. The ruling overturned an impaired driving conviction against a man who was stopped for a broken tail light and admitted to police that he had smoked marijuana at a party. The appeals court says the man can't automatically be presumed impaired because he wasn't driving erratically and passed two field sobriety tests.
