The US postal service has been getting a large number of complaints about it's express and priority mail. Apparently this type of mail has been running very late on it's delivery. Mail that generally takes two to three days to deliver has been taking 2X to 3X that amount of time.Since 9-11 the USPS has been using FEDEX planes instead of their normal carriers.
