Washington-AP -- If you gave money to the American Red Cross after the September eleventh attacks and you want it back, you can have it.The agency says it will give a refund to any donor who requests one.The Red Cross has been blasted recently for the way post-attack contributions were managed.Last week, it announced that not all of the 500 (m) million dollars raised would go to victims of the attacks. About 200 (m) million would be held in reserve in case of future attacks.A spokeswoman says the group will look for specific requests on checks in determining how to channel funds. The question of how the money should be used played a part in Red Cross director Bernadine Healy's recent decision to resign at year's end. Some Capitol Hill lawmakers have accused the group of taking advantage of the tragedy to bolster its budget.

So, they'd rather give it back than give it to people who've had their family * kicked by the 9-11 incident?Somebody needs to be boiled in oil.
