A cold front will be moving into kabaul later tonight. There will be gusty winds with a 100% chance of missile showers.After the cold front leaves the area a warm front will move in. Tomorrows high will be in the high 90's with a heat factor of 9000 degrees.A good sun blocker with an Sp of at least 50,000 should be used or several thick coats of lead based paint. Sun bathing is highly recommended for tomorrow for all you jet setters.
