Classic095 in the hospital... your prayers please

I took Classic to the hospital this morning... and he is admitted...He was complaining of chest pains and was putting it down to the cold he has...I took him to the emerg and they have admitted him for tests...
The first set of cardiac enzymes came back negative which means no heart attack, but as of yet, they have not ruled out a blockage in the arteries to his heart...
I know many of you have asked for prayers ... well its my turn now... That man means everything to me,he is my life.. Please send him your prayers...

If anyone wants the address to the hospital, or phone number to his room.. please let me know here...Thanks..Beth

    BlackRoses.....Sorry to here that, but don't worry. Blockages are not the big deal they used to be. There are many ways to take care of this short of bypass surgery. An Angiogram (sp) will probably be ordered and that will tell them what to do.
    My family is praying and will continue until he is back home. We need you and Classic posting on the board to offset the many idiots that are here. Please keep us posted.

    It takes more than a few palpitations to effect us HOG drivers. Down but not out!!! Trust me...BTDT.
    If they say no heart attack, 3/4 of the battle is won.
    If you do for him what Mrs. Mudge did for me, what more could we ask for him?

    None of that wussie stuff from me!!!!! Sounds like he needs a good butt stompin', that'll clear up any blockages he has in his ticker! Tell him hes got the same amount of time hed have with the flu, 48 hours, and if he isnt up by then, I'm on my way to drag his butt out of there. Better to feel like crap after a butt stompin' than to feel like crap without one I always say. Well, I hope you feel better Classic, ya wussie. Where is Dano, and Dano Too, we need to go kick some weenies.....weenie blockages.....of all the blasted.....geesh!

    The trip to the hospital will tell you for sure what it isn't, sometimes that's as important as finding out what it is.

    Hairy... Bayonett Point .... 3rd floor.. room 3439.... to phone, ask for extension 3392

    The cardiac enzymes are still negative... and that is good...they will test them for 12 to 24 hours to see if it was a heart attack.. they have him scheduled for a stress test and an echocardiogram tomorrow...
    He is feeling a bit better... they gave him some lopressor to bring his BP down.. it was a tad wee bit high..(stress and anxiety) and is resting... he did say for me to crawl in bed beside him... yeaaaaaaa right...this is the first night we have spent apart...I am going up a bit later, had to come home to shower and check on a few things...

    What did YOU do to him last night that required he visit the hospital this morning? I'm sure he enjoyed it and all, but you've got to take-it-easy on the old guy!

    Best of luck to both of you. If they find it is a blockage, and they put a stint in, that is not a big thing anymore. My dad has three stints, and with a stint there is less than a 2% chance of another blockage in that artery. Good luck, Prays for both.
