Fort Lauderdale, Florida-AP -- The F-B-I has issued an arrest warrant for the younger brother of California Congressman Gary Condit.Darrell Condit is wanted on charges he fled Florida to avoid prosecution.F-B-I officials say he failed to appear in court in November on a charge of possession of a fake I-D card.The charges stem from a September arrest in which the 50-year-old was charged with having an unlawfully issued driver's license.Darrell Condit has been in trouble before.He was arrested last July in Broward County on a warrant for failing to meet probation conditions of a 1996 D-U-I arrest. He also was charged with resisting arrest without violence, driving with a suspended license and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.The F-B-I believes Darrell Condit, who was living in Fort Lauderdale, may now be in Modesto, California -- part of his brother's district.
