Returning Item From Auction???

If you receive an item that you bid on and are not satisfied with it but it has no physical problems, does the buyer have a right to return it for a refund (minus the shipping)? And if so, does this automatically give you a negative feedback? Thanks.

I always offer a 3 day inspection on anything I sell by auction. It's just common courtesy for anything that is not sold where the buyer cannot hold it in their hand at the moment of purchase.
