Question about CCW?

As a moderator on another forum (please excuse me admin and nunn, if I'm not suppose to say this), a question was asked that I can't seem to find an answer to...

Is there any state that will give a CCW permit to 18 year olds? I have researched this thru all the sites and obviously have overlooked the answer..

I didn't think so either, but one of the responses thought in Vermont or New Hampshire, can't remember which now, maybe you could...I had never heard of any 18 year olds being able to.

Here in NH there is no minimum age. If a minor wants a ccw all they ahve to do is get their parents permission and, since we are a shall issue state, it's possible for any minor without a criminal record to to legally pack heat. In theory.

What about if he/she is in the military, does the federal side beat out the state laws???
