Heard there's a new/old show there that's supposed to be great.When is it?How is it?Where is it?

    Its not the same old show as before, it's a different/new show promoter (it's their very 1st show - they've never put on any others). I believe they are trying to capitalize on the past shows that "Borderline Gun Collectors" had in the same building.There's a long list of restricted items.The show is Dec 23/23 and admission is $ 7

    Guns & Glass....Never got to the Valley Forge(old) show. Heard it was one of the biggest on the east coast. 1200-1500 tables. If you're looking for a good show to go to, there's one this weekend at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg, PA. Put on by Mid-Atlantis Arms Collectors. Always a good show. Called MAAC and they promised about 1200 tables at this one. About a dozen of us are gonna' meet at the NRA booth about 10:30 on Sat. 12/8. Real easy to get there from the Philly area. Turnpike to I-81. Ask the toll collector where you get off how to get to the Farm Show Complex. I don't think it's too far from the exit.Hope to meet ya' there.Mudge the tout

    Guns & GlassThe old shows at Valley Forge were great, but I know a lot of dealers who aren't doing the new one because the promoter is an unknown and the list of restricted items (can't sell martial arts items, "how-to books", powder and lots of other items).Mudge is right, check out the Farm Show in Harrisburg, PA this weekend. Dealers come from out of state to set-up there.

    According to the posts, it looks like there will be two great shows in lucky Penna. I spoke to a promoter who does New York, and Penna. shows, he informed me that the former promoter "lost" the show due to violations of the contract, and nusuance problems that kept happening.Might be in New Orleans till the 21st, but will definately plan on going.Is it closer to Harrisburg, or Philadelphia?

    Well, I'm going to make the 10+ hr trip to Harrisburg, but two days before Christmas, no way. If my family didn't kill me, the traffic would. Holiday weekends bring out *all* the idiots!

    I was informed of the show by a dealer that will be at the show on Saturday.

    Most shows are Saturday and Sunday.

    Sunday and Monday doesn't fit the pattern
