compact generator

On my daily trip to Home Depot, I noticed a compact generator sitting on a shelf. Looked it over, and realized i was in the tool rental dept. Headed on down the next isle, when the wife stops me with a "Here's one". She had spotted a couple of them sitting there, just waiting to be bought. Then she read the writing on the box, which plainly said "Portable Electric Generator" and said, "no, that one won't work... you said you wanted a gas powered one, not electric."
I gave her one of those "think about it" looks and started off down the next isle. She figured it out, before I got halfway down the next isle. Women, just gotta love em...

I always tell my wife, in situations like that, "Here's your sign". She gets all exasperated ...Yah, ya gotta love em though.

The other day Toolbabe and I were taking a hog to be dissasembled. And at some point the hog decided it didnt want any part of this non electiv surgery. At which point he climed up the stock rack and went over the top at 55mph (this was one athletic pig). He rolled over a few times in the road and then got up and ran into someones back yard. I turned the truck around and started home. Toolbabe insisted that we must do something. I was I was going home. But she demanded we stop. She started fowelling the pig around the houses and told me to start going around to see if any body was home. And to ask if I could borrow a gun. Yea right Im going to just ring the door bell and say, do you have a gun I could use?
Well any way some of the nicest people I have ever met helped us pen up the pig and then loaned us a different trailer to take the pig to surgery in.
Now Toolbabe says I should have a gun in the truck. Sounds like a good reason to buy another gun to me. Any sugestions?

TOOLS1 - Not real sure how this ended up in this post but that is funnier than hell (can I say that ?) The wording is fabulous .. "taking a hog to be disassembled" Im thinkin Sportster ...

I have a hi-point carbine for my all around gun / boat gun. got one clip of FMJ and 1 of Starfire in the glove box.

Good story Tools .. I love freshly disassembled hogs *SLURP*
