I have read and re read the text on selling guns and what I get from itis that my reproduction black powder rifle and pistols does not need a dealer to receive them. Correct?

Correct...black powder firearms can be sold direct without the need for an FFl dealer.

But NOT if the buyer lives in New Jersey. And maybe other states/localities as well.

SP, we can still get BP guns just like almost everywhere else (getting to be hard to find BP though). I think (but not sure) that Maryland and Chicago have the same problem as NJ.
