I started seeing her a couple months ago, knew she was cool. Didn't know how cool til last night. We hadn't seen each other in a week or so and last night was going to be sit at home and watch a movie type deal. She got there @7:30 8:00 a couple buddies call and want me to go skeet shooting for a couple hours, I said no (of course) she made me go while she stayed at the house and cooked dinner. (Damn good dinner too) Is she crazy or something?

Pack slow, fall stable, pull high, hit dead center.
My wife doesn't like shooting (fireworks or thunderstorms either ... the noise makes her extremly nervous and jumpy) but she encourages me to, and has bought me a few ... however, I think she's done a little moulding too ...
*EDIT* Ooops ... congrats RS, I'll cross my fingers for you

Though I was born to royalty, I was snatched at birth, so treat me as the noble I am!!!
These guys are just jealous because they didn't find her!
Most of them (me included) have been burned more times than an East Georgia BBQ! (by women).
It sounds like this lady cares enough to let you be yourself, and if that's so - won't stand in the way of your gun hobbies.
At this point, most of us that like guns would be happy to have someone that wouldn't try to stop us from enjoying ourselves; and I hope you've found someone like that.
Good luck, hope it works out; you'll know for sure soon enough!

Your best bet is to get her out shooting then see where things will go. Good Luck
As for the guns, well I didnt want them in the house and told Classic that.. He kept them locked up... and bided his time.. I joined this forum as I have done some research for friends about some old guns.. the first one was an Enders Royal I believe.. I got chatting and posting.. and Classic just bided his time..all the time encouraging me to post and ask questions etc..and read..
Eventually I asked him to take me to the range to fire my first handgun.. Yes,, I asked him... Well the rest is history and all in posts for everyone to read..and it also led in a way to marriage for me..
My point is that not all women have an ulterior motive.. Some have never been around handguns.. as was the case with me..others not around guns at all..and NO she is not crazy..
If a g/f or significant other does not share the persons hobby, she will usually encourage him to go and enjoy it.. As for staying home and cooking the meal.. well she wanted to spend time with you but didnt want to interfere with something you enjoy doing..Plus you would probably be in the way while she was getting dinner.. so told you to go.. *LOL... j/k As for cooking enough for your friends.. well that was just something we do.. We know that guys usually talk and have a couple of beers or coffee after being with friends and if brought home.. well, its the polite thing to do to ask them to stay to dinner..
Bide your time on the gun issue, dont force the issue with her, if she has a hobby try to incorporate it into the issue of guns.. For example.. Classic knew I loved doing research.. so he would have me looking for information on old guns... one thing led to another..and now I go to the range all the time..and love it
Congrats hon.. she sounds very nice.. best thing you can do is TALK.. we love conversation.. *EG
As far as the molding goes, it is like the tide, ever constant, yet almost un-noticed. If she is a good woman, you won't mind at all. Best of luck, and an early congratulations.
A great rifle with a junk scope,....is junk.
Clouder..
