Can any body tell me anything about this rifle. What do they mean by pre garcia? Is this a quality firearm? Action is made in finland.

    Indubitably so.Pre-Garcia, means it wasn't built exclusively for the US market. Same weapon you would have bought in a shop in Finland or Germany, provided you had the permits.Fine workmanship, superior accuracy. Buy one in 6.5X55 and... oh never mind.Clouder..
