I appreciate the feedback folks. I took the advice and called my doctor today. Got an appointment Monday, gonna do complete bloodwork and some other test. Maybe start me on some meds if necessary. Gonna try and I emphazise try to get out this weekend and do something, probably with the wife. Clouder, as for my mercury, I went through chelation therapy,( not pleasant at all) my initial test following my posioning was 1863ppm urine.(fatal if that level is maintained) My last test was 35ppm urine, that was 6months ago. Normal is less than 10ppm ( depends on how much predatory fish you eat, amongst other factors.) I got it gold prospecting in colorado, my own stupidity. Been 2 years now since I got it. I have read and re-read everyones comments today and would just like to say THANKS, a very sincere thanks to all of you. This is why I find the internet to be a haven for me at times like this. Despite the sometimes rowdy, bickering that can go on, its full of real, everyday people, people who can relate - even to a stranger. Thanks again folks. Hopefully I can get back to "normal" whatever that is.

Hi juju, we've talked before - we were both born the same year so I feel a kinship with you. I, myself went through counseling and 2 years of prozac after my second -heaven help me - divorce in 1996. It really did help me. Most people who know me well feel I'm a better person now. My second wife begged me to get couseling but being the bull-headed, stubborn, I ain't gonna get help type I am I let it go on and wound up losing a really great wife not to mention 100 acres of good land. My wife had mercy on me and really only took what she deserved after a 16 year marriage, but she would have stood by me if I would have tried professional help earlier. Ironically I went to alot of sessions once she left. I suppose it helped her- she's a couselor now.
Anyway definitely give the psycho active drugs a chance. Let us know in a few months how you're doing. Were all here for you!!!!! Hickory

    juju:
All the advice given sounds good to me. I might add one, L. Ron Hubbard. If chelation therapy worked for you he is your man.

What was unpleasant about your regime? Most people knit, do cross-words, or read during them. Maybe you should think about another therapist, the gauge used should be really very small.

    Get well.
