Browning service troubles

Anyone else had problems with Browning service?? I had a 10ga. BPS barrel that had a bent rib. Sent it back to Browning to have rib replaced. Got it back in about three weeks and it was in worse shape than when it was sent out.
As soon as I opened up the box (which was well packaged and un-damaged) I noticed that the barrel lug that slides over the magazine tube was bent. So much that when I tried to assemble the barrel it wouldn't even line up with the receiver.
Then upon further inspection, I noticed the new rib was dinged and dented where they hammered in the roll pin that holds the rib on. Plus the roll pin was mushroomed. Now instead of a matte finish I have a dinged and dented rib with shiney spots.
I called Browning and their response was basically "sorry about your luck, ship it back to us and we'll take a look at it". NO THANK YOU, I just spent over $100 bucks to have you screw up my barrel worse than it was and you want me to spend more money and ship it back to you!!
Anyhow, just want to know if anyone else had any problems with them. I guess I made a good decision when the last shotgun I bought was a Benelli SBEII, almost bought a new Browning Silver, glad I went with the SBE. I recon Browning started going downhill at the demise of the famed "Humpback".
Thanks, Jim
P.S. anyone have a 10ga. stalker barrel they want to get rid of?
