Shotgun shells for my air shotgun/rifle

Bought one used from a fellow in front of the beer store for $50 [:)] Gamo Viper Express.

    Is the barrel RIFLED[?] how many shot are in each shell. [?] Can the owner reload the shot shells. with lead shot[?] Looks almost over built if it has recoil pad . I will have to check into this item .Wood boring BEES next spring.

    It did not look like the barrel was rifled.

    Bass pro. used to sell the shells, I was making them out of aluminum a few years back as I still do for the Crosman 1100, I was just selling the "hulls" You filled them yourself.

    Shotblast shot( like course pepper) worked well for Sparrows and the like.

    I had one of the Crossman ones. That didn't work out too well. The cost of the shells & Co2 was more than .410s cost at that time.
    I tried to reload the shells & that was even worse. One came apart & the shot was loose all inside the gun. Finally the gas seal started to leak.
    I did manage to sell it for more than I paid several years ago. The guy that bought it said he would have paid much more if one part was not broken. I forget what it was but he said that part was broken on almost all of them. (I even told him about the leaky seal.)
    I suppose it had more value than what I got but I was happy to get anything for it as it was useless to me.
