Got the kids to watch one of her movies last night on one of the channels that is running a marathon of her movies. The kids were still watching her when I went to bed last night and they are still watching her.. Glad to see them liking watching her act as much as I did and still do.
I do not care what she did in life nor with whom.
The kid had more talent in her little toe back then than 99% of the actors today have combined.
IMO.. There will never be another actor that could hold a candle to the talent her had as a kid.

I'll bet most of you didn't know that Shirley was a mans name until Shirley Temple came along. A man I knew very well who's name was Shirley told me that anyone named Shirley that was older than him was a man. If they were named Shirley and younger than him they were female. Shirley Temple hit it big while his Mother was pregnant with him, but she had already decided on his name.
