Fredrick Blume has a problem
by Fredrick Blume

Dear [reader]:

I have some news. I now have a second amendment case in the Denver courts (yes, those very same courts whose jurisdiction lies above and outside these United States of America).

Background.
My wife had been visiting relatives in Michigan and Ohio this last week and I understood that she'd be returning today, on Memorial Day. I therefore went to the woods with some patriots and we worked on stalking and movement the way scout/sniper teams are supposed to.

Well, we decided to head back early. Sleep was scarce, the food lousy and we had been working out hard for the entire day. We then decided not to try to get into shape all at once, since two of us are in our forties and need to work up to a fitness program rather than inducing a heart attack. Mind you, we were at nearly 10,000 altitude humping packs, water, rifles, ammo, what have you.

So, we came back to Golden Colorado and went to the Outback Steakhouse, eventually got a table and then had dinner. Finally, we left Outback and my scout/spotter drove me home.

Well, lo and behold, when we got to my condo, the Denver PD was there with three cruisers. They were inside and I could see my wife. I rushed up the stairs with our dog (whom I'd taken to the mountains with us.) and asked what the hell was going on.

Apparently, my wife, arriving what to me was a day early and not finding me home - had flipped out, she had come unglued, was screaming, throwing and breaking things. So, naturally, living in the People's Demokratik Republik of Denver, one of our neighbors called in a domestic dispute.

Well, I was obviously in the clear - with receipts for Outback Steakhouse and all - as far as a domestic dispute goes. But, there was another problem.

I am a competitive shooter and these cops discovered all sorts of firearms around our condo, two of which look like the dreaded, evil so-called assault weapons. I assured them these models were legal in Denver, that there was no flash suppressor or bayonet lug on them, that they were competition-grade firearms which I'd been competing with regularly for several years.

Well, the BushMaster brand DCM AR15 - so they say - is banned in Denver, along with the Colt version of the same.

Now, they didn't haul me off, but they did issue me a summons and they did confiscate my AR15's, which will be promptly destroyed, even before it is determined whether they are legal or not. I will never see them again, nor will I be able to replace them readily - at a total dollar cost of about $2300.00

I have a court date on the 10th of June. Pending the outcome of that, I will then go forward. On to what, I cannot say. I am sorely tempted to take my sniper rifles out and start whacking some extra-constitutional, collectivist judicial activists and the city council that legislates outside the documents that define the United States of America.

A lot depends on whether my legal defense will bankrupt me. If it does, I will then be in a state of total servitude, a state I cannot bear. I will be forced to do my duty as an American, hopefully not dying as a martyr, hopefully not dying as just "another lone nut".

What I need from all of you is this: get the real story out. Do all you can to bypass the propaganda machine - and get my real story out as you do for so many who find themselves in a situation similar to mine.

Above all, remember why we celebrate Memorial Day. It is for those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country, the true United States of America.

Then remember that it may be any one of us who must make that sacrifice.

As of this writing, I consider the city and county of Denver to be waging an illegal, undeclared war against the citizens of the United States of America. I therefore enjoin them in their undeclared war. They have illegally stolen my property and made false charges against me (charging me with possession of illegal "assault weapons"), proving them to be the tyranny we know so well from time immemorial. I will do my best to make as many of them die for their country - the People's Demokratik Republik of Denver - as possible.

Watch the news around the 10th. I will try to keep you as updated as possible.

    Sounds like Denver!!

Always shoot first! Confiscate first! Blame it on the wild life!

Have a scape goat handy if it don't turn out well!!!

Of course I can play the piano, as long as it has pedals!

Fredrick Blume does indeed have a problem, but it isn't losing his guns. With a flipped-out wife like that, he's going to lose a lot more than $2,300 before it's all over.

And that is Fred's side of the story.
    Wondering about the LEO side?

Wife comes home a day early, husband not home, she "flips" out and begins throwing things. I also would like to hear the other side of the story on this one and any background information. Dosen't sound right to me. If it was me, I would definitely make sure that my somewhat "emotional" wife did not have access to my firearms.
