any of you all have a range finder to hunt or golf with. My question is could you fly with one, or would the x-ray machine at the airport screw up the rangefinder????? got an e-mail to bushnell but no response now for second day....

you can fly, you dont have to xray it, just hand it to them and say its a range finder. all they have to do is look throught it and see it works. same with a laptops, all you have to do is turn it on and show it works.

Not sure why xray would hurt a laser device anyways.

I don't know if it would, just curious, didn't want to get there then find out it doesn't work and I should have done this or that before....

    I have a Leica BRF1600 laserrangefinder.

It have been with me many times, and have been xrayed each time.

It still works without a flaw.
