That's pretty cool! Couldn't believe the ding-dongs standing in the water with all that commotion. Looks like a good way to get a bad case of shark bite.
I've seen herring doing that trying to get away from schools of salmon off the jetty at Westport, WA. We'd pitch a herring out about 6' below a big bobber right in front of the jumping herring and limited on salmon in about 20 minutes. That was some fun fishin'!

We were at Gulf Shores last spring and saw rays skipping (not as many as the video, but several every minute) I had the kids get out of the water right away. Something big was down there feeding

I have been here a long time and we get some pretty intense Mullet runs off the beaches.I have never seen that many here. That looks like the W coast of Fl.(boulders).We have only sandstone rocks on our beaches and not a whole lot of those outcrops either.
The people that swim in those bait balls are not from around here, can't be.We KNOW that a shark(lots of Bulls here)can't see at all in those schools. They just rip through with all their teeth sticking out, waiting to feel anything touch their mouth. Then it's CHOMP-CHOMP!!

WOW, never seen anything even close to that. Seen blues swarm, but nothing like this.
